Wedding Packages - Gourmet Selection
Lets set the scene a little;
The wedding party is arriving in 20 minutes, the guests are already here, the bar is not established, the caterer is yet to arrive and the tables are set but there are no chairs! The dancefloor is in the wrong place, the generator is not strong enough so there is regular power failure, the drinks are warm and the marquee is too small!
Sure you would have to be very unlucky to have all of these incidents occur but we at BBQ Roadshow understand that your wedding day can be a very stressful day to arrange. Trying to liaise with a caterer, a marquee company, hiring goods, dancefloors, bars, wedding decorators….it can all be very daunting.
At BBQ Roadshow have created some packages to help you in the right direction and to lift a little of the burden from your shoulders.
We can arrange just about everything for you.

| Bridal table including linen and skirts
Round tables with white linen
White chairs with white linen chair covers and bows to match the bridesmaids dresses (or add your own touches) Buffet tables and linen. Cake table and linen Candelabras and scatters as table decorations An additional $500 voucher with ‘Affair with Flair’ for the personal decoration touches Wait staff for appetizers, clearing tables etc. A Structured marquee sized to your space and guest requirements with 3 sides and arches/windows if requested A Dance floor Set up & Pack up of the event Bread knife & plate Plus a complete bar established* including; White Wine Glasses Red Wine Glasses Champagne Glasses Hi-Ball Glasses Ice Tubs Ice Trestle tables Linen for bar buffet Bar Staff (5 hours) Bins Set up and Pack up of bar Coolroom** |
* Under liquor licensing laws, you must supply the liquor (please see under our food and beverage packages for further details)
**Coolroom applicable for functions with events of 200 or more patrons.
The total package comes to $59.50 per head (calculated based on 100+ guests) excluding the meals.
Simply choose your preferred menu from our Gourmet Selection range and add that price to have your complete cost per head.
Please note that you may modify the package by deleting:
Marquee - subtract $10.00 per head
Bridal skirting, chair covers, bows, candelabras, scatters and $500 ‘Affair with Flair’ voucher subtract - $12.50 per head
Dance Floor subtract - $3.50 per head
Please note that council charges may apply if event is held in a public place.
Building licences for the marquee may be applicable in public places.
Additional charges may apply for marquees setup/pack-up after hours/Sundays or for security if setup overnight.
